Those of her race fear Mira for the lethal fire she bends to her will—a power unique among nightwalkers, both a gift. The naturi despise Mira for what she is—as they prepare the final sacrifice that will destroy the barriers between the worlds.
And once the naturi are unchained, blood, chaos, and horror will reign Mira is much more than she knows, and I had a theory about what that is. There's lots of holes in my theory, but I do think it's possible, but I was wrong.
http://creatoranswers.com/modules/irwell/256.php The ending has a slight cliffhanger, and I can't help but wonder what the witches want with Mira now. I continue to reallyl like this series. Dawnbreaker continues what was started in Nightwalker.
Mira and Co. This time they are taken back to where it all started Machu Picchu where a half century ago Mira was held captive. Mira goes with the complete expectation of being killed in this fight. Plus, she's tired of being used as a pawn for the Triad and other members of the Coven. The relationship between Mira and Danaus is the most interesting. What started out as a grudging partnership the lesser of two evils has quickly turned into caring.
At least that's how it reads, but I'm sure the characters would deny such an attraction being that they still joke about killing each other one day. But I like the evolvement of their relationship and I look forward to it getting more serious. While I feel Dawnbreaker is more of a conclusion to the story arc started at the beginning of the series, there's still storylines that need to be tied up and new developments that will take us into the next books.
I'm really happy that I've started this series now that it's complete because I don't think I would want to wait for the next release!
Each country will be doing their own reveal, so stay tuned. However, I feel that you can get a better understanding of everything that is happening if you read them in order. However, I will be on the aforesaid Instagram, as well as Facebook and on occasion, Twitter, so join me on one of those platforms to keep up with all the Lady Helen and Eon news. Hi Everyone! My plan was to buy one…but the buy 3 get the 4th free deal was on! People who viewed this item also viewed. Good : A book that has been read, but is in good condition.
Mira continues to be a strong female vampire character that I like. She's put through a lot in the books, so far but she always does what is needed of her sometimes above and beyond. I like her character growth and can't wait to see where the story leads. An excellent third addition to the Dark Days series!! There was never a dull moment. Lots of action, drama, and suspense to keep readers on their toes.
I couldn't have enjoyed this book more. Mira is back in Savannah, where she had hoped to escape the influence of the Coven and her Naturi problems. However, the Naturi seem to have followed her home, and they are coming after her with ferocious intent.
